I'm Ulrika , and I will be your contact person concerning administration
matters at Uppsala University.
In this letter I'm including three (3) application forms that i wish for
you to fill out an send back to me ASAP.
The first form is an Establishment form - to get you established at
Uppsala University.
The second form is a housing application form - this is the form where
you apply for somewhere to live during your stay in Sweden.
The third form is only needed to fill out if you would like to apply for
an *intensive* Swedish language course. There will be another Swedish
course offered to you during the semester if you don't want to apply or
are not accepted to the intensive course. I will give you moor
information about that course once you are here.
Please send all forms to me - even if it says otherwise om the forms -

The final address is given to you in July or as soon as I have it.
Please note the deadline for the housing application is* June 8*. After
